Taking the initial step to get help or change can be daunting, so when you make an appointment at Mindwell, you will always be met with genuine respect and care. We will spend the time to listen to your concerns, clarify your goals, and also determine your suitability for therapy. This assessment process is very collaborative and can take from 1 to 3 sessions. It involves taking a family history and collecting relevant background information. These first sessions are also a chance for you to assess your level of comfort with your therapist.
