Psychological Assessments

Cognitive Assessment $1,500 + GST

Full ADHD or Autism Assessment and Brief Report  $2,500 + GST

Full ADHD or Assessment and Comprehensive Report  $3,500 + GST

After Hours Surcharge

Appointments that start from 5pm attract an after hours surcharge of $20.

Rebates

A rebate of $141.85 per session applies for patients of Dr Jessica Cooke and Rachel Greig with a Medicare Health Care Plan from their GP or Psychiatrist.

The Medicare rebate applies for up to 10 sessions each calendar year. See here for more information.

Medicare Safety Net

Medicare Safety Nets have thresholds. When you spend certain amounts in out of pocket costs, you will reach the threshold and you will then start to receive higher Medicare benefits. This means you’ll get more money back for your Psychology sessions. Cancellation policy

We have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy.

Cancellation Fee:   100% of full fee.
