Kylie is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with AHPRA and is currently completing a Master of Applied Psychology (Clinical Psychology) at Victoria University. She has also completed a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences at Swinburne University, followed by Honours in Psychological Studies and a Masters of Professional Psychology at Victoria University.

Kylie’s Approach

Kylie is committed to providing personalised, evidence-based assessment and psychotherapy. Kylie deeply appreciates the sensitive nature of the therapeutic relationship and approaches it with compassion, warmth and understanding to create a valuing and safe space where clients can explore their difficulties freely and openly. Kylie’s approach to therapy is to compassionately guide people towards gaining a deeper more insightful understanding of  themselves, the way they relate with others and the way they relate with the world around them. Kylie’s style of therapy is based upon Psychodynamic principles. Kylie works collaboratively with clients who are experiencing a range of difficulties including stress, depression, anxiety, social anxiety, adjustment difficulties and interpersonal/relationship difficulties.

Kylie has experience in treating anxiety, depression, and interpersonal/relationship difficulties and personality disorders. Kylie has previously worked with children, adolescents and adults in various settings, treating a range of high and low prevalence disorders. Her style combines warmth and an emphasis on placing the client at the centre of treatment whilst delivering evidence based practice.
